Service providers must:

✔ Arrive on time (or communicate delays)
✔ Use proper tools and follow safety guidelines
✔ Deliver services as described
✔ Maintain honesty and professionalism
Helpr.pk may deactivate providers who violate these standards.
A booking is confirmed when:
The user completes the request, and
The provider accepts the job or is automatically assigned.
We may cancel or reschedule bookings due to:
Provider unavailability
Safety concerns
Incorrect user information
Operational issues
You will be notified in such cases.

Duration
Provider level
Materials required
Some services may require on-site inspection before final pricing.
If online payments are enabled:

We do not store your card details

You may cancel a booking before service starts.

Users must not:

Helpr.pk may suspend or ban accounts for violations.
After completion, users may rate or review the service provider.

You will not post abusive or defamatory content

We may share user details with service providers only for job completion (name, location, phone number, job details).
