At Helpr.pk, we aim to provide reliable and high-quality home services. If something goes wrong, we make sure you are treated fairly. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for services booked on our platform.
You may receive a refund in the following situations:
If a provider does not show up or the service is never performed, you will receive a 100% refund.
If Helpr.pk cancels the booking due to provider unavailability or operational issues, you will receive a full refund.
If the job is incomplete or performed poorly:
We first send a free re-visit to fix the issue.
If still unresolved, you may receive a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
If you are accidentally charged twice, the extra payment will be fully refunded.
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
The service was completed and delivered as described
Customer changes their mind after service completion
Customer refuses service upon provider arrival (visit charges may apply)
Material charges already spent on your behalf (cleaning supplies, electrical parts, plumbing fittings, etc.)
Material charges are non-refundable, as they are consumed or purchased specifically for your job.
When you cancel a booking:
Before provider assignment: 100% refund
After provider assignment but before travel: Refund minus cancellation fee (PKR 0–100)
After the provider is en route: Refund minus travel fee (PKR 150–300)
After provider arrives: Only service fee is refunded; visit charges apply
This ensures fairness for both customers and service professionals.
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method, such as:
Easypaisa
JazzCash
Bank Transfer
Debit/Credit Card (if used)
Processing Time:
✔ 3–5 working days for wallets/banks
✔ Up to 7 working days for card payments (bank dependent)
If you paid in cash to the provider, refunds are processed to your bank/wallet account after verification.
For large bookings (deep cleaning, shifting, renovation work), advances may be partially non-refundable if:
Providers have purchased materials
Work has already been started
Technicians have been dispatched
Helpr.pk will always share a clear breakdown.
