1. Free Cancellation (Before Provider Assignment)

You can cancel your booking for free anytime before a service provider has been assigned to your job.

No charges, no questions asked.


2. Cancellation After Provider Assignment

Once a provider has been assigned and is preparing to visit, cancellation fees may apply:

If cancelled before the provider starts traveling:

PKR 200– 400, depending on service type
(This compensates the professional for blocking time.)

If cancelled after provider has started traveling:

PKR 500 – 600
(Based on distance & service category.)

If provider arrives and the job is cancelled on the spot:

Visiting/Inspection charges apply
These vary by category, usually PKR 700 – 900.


3. Rescheduling

You can reschedule instead of cancelling:

No additional charges if the provider agrees to adjust the timing.


4. No-Show by Customer

If the customer is unreachable, address is incorrect, or the customer refuses service on arrival:

Full visiting/inspection charges apply


5. Cancellation by the Service Provider

If the service provider cancels due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances:
