At Helpr.pk, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and service professionals, ensuring smooth operations for everyone.
You can cancel your booking for free anytime before a service provider has been assigned to your job.
No charges, no questions asked.
Once a provider has been assigned and is preparing to visit, cancellation fees may apply:
✔ PKR 200– 400, depending on service type
(This compensates the professional for blocking time.)
✔ PKR 500 – 600
(Based on distance & service category.)
✔ Visiting/Inspection charges apply
These vary by category, usually PKR 700 – 900.
You can reschedule instead of cancelling:
Free rescheduling if done before the provider starts traveling
PKR 200 fee if rescheduled after the provider is en route
No additional charges if the provider agrees to adjust the timing.
If the customer is unreachable, address is incorrect, or the customer refuses service on arrival:
✔ Full visiting/inspection charges apply
If the service provider cancels due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances:
You will be notified immediately
A re-assignment will be arranged at the earliest
No charges will be applied
For certain categories (Carpentry projects, Full Home Cleaning, Moving/Shifting):
Cancellation within 3 hours of scheduled time may carry higher fees
Materials purchased for the job are non-refundable
If any charges are deducted mistakenly:
Refunds are issued within 3–5 working days
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (EasyPaisa/JazzCash/Bank/Card where applicable)
